or Whatever's Still Stuck

We start with a Q&A, then talk about how we can "offer up" what's weighing us down. And then we practice! We bask in the Ocean + Rose Visualization—a powerful (and really beautiful) practice for letting go of small hurts as well as the heavy stuff. Come with ONE stuck point that you want to focus on dissolving. Also, if possible, have some dead sea salt for taking a bath or shower afterwards (I’ll explain!)
